Mocht je niet thuis zijn dan probeert de bezorger het pakketje bij je buren af te geven. Indien dit niet lukt, probeert de bezorger het later nog eens. Lukt dit ook niet, dan ontvang je een briefje in je brievenbus dat je het pakketje binnen 3 werkdagen kunt afhalen bij het dichtstbijzijnde Postkantoor.
